Since purchasing this set I have towed my caravan from Rockhampton out 3 ways; down the centre to Uluru; down to Port Augusta; across to Broken Hill; along the Murray River and back up through outback NSW and Qld home to Rocky.

Last Friday I have just returned from a 3-week trip up to the tip of Cape York and back following the east coast going up; completing the Telegraph Track and returning from Punsand Bay down the Development Road.

This is the 3rd set of ST Maxx tyres I have had and each time after following the Cooper Warranty booklet with wheel alignments rotation and balancing I have been getting 80,000km plus. I drive on the Cooper ST Maxx pattern because I drive a 4WD, enjoy off-road and tow a caravan. I prefer the Cooper ST Maxx's because of the thicker sidewalls and the tread pattern that provides solid traction and safe road handling both on and off road. Because of the extra weight towing a caravan puts on the rear tyres of my vehicle Cooper ST Maxx's give me the confidence and assurance that I can drive safely in all road conditions.

I am very pleased with the safe and sure performance my ST Maxx's have provided for me particularly where I have travelled in the last 6 months. The ST Maxx's performed above my expectation on heavily corrugated dirt roads rough outback tracks rocky and sandy creek crossings and smooth bitumen highways.
