I've been from Rockhampton to Longreach and back. Then out to Birdsville Across the Simpson Desert through to Kulgera up to Alice Springs through the Mcdonald ranges to Kings Canyon. Down to Uluru through Finke George across the Plenty Highway to Boulia and back to Rockhampton. Then up to Cairns and back through to Cooktown via the Bloomfield and back to rocky via Tully Dam. Not counting many a trip to Five Rocks and to Town from our farm and back.

So Far 60000k with only 6mm loss of tread. I would have expected 120,000kms out of them but I have now bought a new car and will sell the old one with them on it. All is lost because as soon as my lift goes in so will another set of S/TMAXX.

The main reason I love the S/TMAXX is a good balance of grip good on the road in the wet and great in both sand and mud off-road. The tyres have performed flawlessly not a single flat or puncture in over 60,000kms. Great wear resistance and have worn very evenly. I rotate my tyres every 10,000k and always notice how even the wear is. The offer fantastic grip both on and off-road even in the slippery stuff.

I bought my Cooper tyres earlier than a mate who purchased another leading brand. He has done similar kilometres to me and his tyres are close to the replacement while mine are still at half of their life. They will definitely be going on my new rig.
